During the school holiday, we run a ‘Teen Gym’ for 11 – 15 year olds. They can use the gym between 10 – 11 a.m. or 11 – 12 a.m., Monday – Friday or 5 – 6 p.m. or 6 – 7 p.m. on a Saturday. Cost is €3 per hour. The Teen Gym has proved to be very successful and is a great way for kids to keep fit and learn about gym equipment under supervision of qualified instructors and is a great way for them to meet new friends.

We also hold a variety of classes and courses. These include step aerobics, tae-bo, aqua aerobics and much more.

We also run swimming lessons for adults and children and kid’s activity camps during school holidays. All of these are also very reasonably priced.
